THEN PUT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR TO FINELY GRIND, ADD ALL CREAM CHEESE AND CINNAMON TILL SMOOTH. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES. WHEN READY TO SCOOP UP INTO SERVINGS USE A SMALL SPOON (I USE THE SMALL ICE CREAM SCOOP) AND PLACE EACH ONE ON A PIECE OF WAX PAPER. PUT INTO FREEZER TO HARDEN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. IN THE MEAN TIME, MELT CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE OR DOUBLE BOILER... ADD A TINY BIT OF BUTTER AND CRE...
